Designed as heat treatment furnaces for a temperature range of 100 up to 1,150 °C, for heat treatment in forging mills, foundries, heat treatment-only plants in the steel industry as well as in the non-ferrous metal industry. Maximum charge: 500 t.
Car bottom pusher-type furnaces
These furnaces are mainly used for the heat treatment of e.g. wagon wheels but also steel ingots. Mostly, the plants consist of hardening furnace, tempering furnace and the corresponding quenching units and charging installations. Temprature range up to approx. 1100 °C.
